I saw Sara , she is a physio from Japan, with a high attention to care and detail. Very gentle but when I needed it, she could be firm and also taught me the better stretches for my lower back. Sara has more than 3 year experience in hospitals doing physio so she knows the body well. It’s a quiet little private shop, chill out music and easy to fall asleep 💤! Paradise and very much about the stretch experience and body pan reduction.

He would discuss and access which area to focus on, and I appreciate the communication and check ins during the treatment too. There’s also an exercise to take home as well.
